Thank you, gotta say I prefer the cool smily because this one just looks sunburnt. 
Now, I don’t understand this. No question some of the new smilies sucked. But some of them were excellent. Toothy and rolleyes were disasters, but eek and confused were incredibly improved. I really had a soft spot for confused. I just wanted to grab the poor little blue guy and give him a hug. There there, buddy, I know just how you feel. Can’t we have some of the new smilies, and keep some of the old ones??
I dunno. We’ll see what shakes out. Right now we’re concentrating on the subscription drive. Let’s get that behind us and then see what we can do.

The pastel embarassed was nice, too. It didn’t look like it was engaging in fellatio. Although I suppose that could be a good thing or a bad thing…
Maybe after subscription time is over, we could have one of Arnold’s design-a-new-SDMB-smilie contests? That would be fun.
Damn, I actually kind of like the new/not-here-anymore smilies.
