I was just distractedly checking my email, and noticed one titled “You didn’t see this” from Walmart. I was caught a bit off guard and wondered WTF, since my mind interpreted it in the “Remember, you didn’t see nutin’. Capisce?” sense.
Fairly obviously it was one of the “We see you were looking at hand lotion and shampoo, are you sure you don’t need this mattress or snow blower?” spams.

But it gave me a stupid little chuckle at least.

You actually get emails from Wal-Mart?

I’m glad I DON’T get emails from Wal-Mart. I was not aware they’d spread their tentacles into that way of merchandising in addition to all others. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised… the only thing I haven’t seen them do yet is send well dressed young men in white shirts and ties door to door to ask if I’ve shopped at Wal-Mart this week…
