Ask George W. Bush a question or kick him in the nuts

Here’s the situation. I can put a question to former U.S. President George Walker Bush, which due to my charm he will answer 100% truthfully and to the best of his ability, or I can boot him in the presidential daddy-bags - I’m trying to get on the Secret Service’s shitlist*.

I’ll give you either his answer to your question or the video of the swift kick to the nards.

Which do you prefer?

An attempt to see how comparable Dubya’s opinion and popularity are to a former German chancellor.

*to all the spooks reading, this is strictly hypothetical, I have no intention of causing bodily harm to any former or current members of the United States executive office.

What do you feel when you see all the homeless on the street?
Who do you pray for at night before you go to sleep?
What do you feel when you look in the mirror? Are you proud?

Kick him in the nuts. Any answer he provides will be a lie or gibberish.

Let others get answers. I want to see him hurt.

why do only you get to kick him in the nuts? shouldn’t everyone get a chance?

He seemed like a pretty transparent guy to me who actually believed most of the BS he was slinging. In order to lie, you have to have guile. He outsourced that to other people. I have no questions for the man, so I’d just kick him in the gonads for ruining the Republican Party.

He gets it in the nuts because there’s no fixing what he contributed to - so revenge is the only useful response.

I figured most wouldn’t want the associated legal hassle that would result, although if you want to be my guest.

There is no question I would like Bush to answer for which I would have any hope he would answer thoughtfully *or *honestly. So, there’s only one option.

do they have a both option …???

I picked “ask a question”, but on reflection, unlike Hitler there will be other opportunities for people to ask questions of GWB so I wish I had picked “kick him in the nuts.”

Comparing polls – Hitler may reveal some interesting insight. Dubya just needs a groin kick.

I would ask him a question because I would like to record his answer and use it against every future Republican politician similiar to how the Republicans use Clinton and the definition of is against Democrats. I think I would ask about doing drugs while in office.

Neither one, really. For someone who sought out a position in history, I’m content to let history be the instrument that judges and punishes him. And there’s not a question I can think of that would satisfy any curiosity I have, or really make any difference in the world.

Bush was not some aberration away from the true nature of the GOP. If there’s anything ruining the Republican Party, it’s the inability to look itself in the mirror and accept that Bush was (and is) one of them, the best and brightest that they put up, twice, as their standard-bearer.

I don’t like the guy for a variety of reasons, but wanting to kick him in the nuts just seems petty. Whether you like him or not, he had a very unique perspective on the world for eight years; seems there’s a lot of enlightening questions you could ask if you could guarantee truthfulness.

There’s absolutely nothing he can say at this point that would make anything better or shed light on anything in a significant and important way. So, nuts it is. It’s a very small piece of petty revenge, but because he’s a small, petty human being, I figure it’s in proportion.

Mr. Kobayashi, do you have any example of any politician answering truthfully and to the best of his ability?

It is easy to evade the first question*, so sadly your assumption is meaningless in the real world. :smack:

  • for example, here are suggested ‘politician’ answers to Ethilrist’s perfectly reasonable questions:

What do you feel when you see all the homeless on the street?
I feel sad that the opposing party have done nothing about it.

Who do you pray for at night before you go to sleep?
My family, my pets and my country (insert national anthem music in background here)

What do you feel when you look in the mirror?
I see myself.
Are you proud?
Well that’s two questions, but I’ll answer anyway - I am humble before God (insert church music in background here)

So my answers blame the opposition and paint a picture of a God-fearing Patriot who loves his family and pets (and has a sense of humour.)

I wish the current majority that want to ask a question would add more here. I think many of them are thinking violence is right, but if it’s simply metaphorical I don’t see the problem.

“Why didn’t you try to get more done during 2005-2006 when the GOP held both houses of Congress before the Democrats’ big win in 2006?”

Apparently, if someone is evil and not fully understood, like Hitler or serial killers, people are fascinated and want to ask questions rather than punch. Mysterious? Appeal to curiosity?
