Ask the conspiracy theorist

The Illuminatus! Trilogy was entertaining when I first read it, but I honestly think it was too dependent upon mid-70s sex-and-drug humor to age well.

That implies that the Illuminati are more evolved or advanced than other humans. So, in addition to being the power behind every throne, do they have special powers of any sort? Like mystical powers, supernatural powers?

Also, if the Illuminati pre-date Egyptians, and included significant evolution, their society must date to something like 10,000 BCE or earlier? Am I in the ballpark?

No, they would have inserted fnord other words into your text.

I came into this thread wondering if there was some rational train of thought and inference that led the OP to his beliefs, and I think that question has been answered with a resounding “no”. Now I wonder if the OP understands that his train of thought and inference does not appear as anything close to rational to most readers of this thread. I’m leaning no on that one too.

Well, best of luck getting him to answer THAT question in anything remotely resembling a coherent English statement.

I read it in the late 80s and I thought it was pretty funny then. Even Wilson didn’t actually believe in the illuminati. And he was waaaay out there.

OK, this is interesting. How much different, genetically speaking, are the Illuminati from the human race? Do they look human? Would a doctor be able to tell the difference between an Illuminati and a human being just by, say, checking the pulse of an Illuminati? Would an autopsy suffice? Not even that?

This, too, is very interesting. This serpent symbolism, what does it mean? Does it mean that the Illuminati actually worship the serpent? Or is the serpent simply a symbol of something else, which the Illuminati worship/love/dig?

Say, does the serpent symbolize the phallus? Are the Illuminati phallus-worshippers?

Also: Certainly the serpent features prominently in Judeo-Christian tradition, as you say – it’s right there in the (story of the) Garden of Eden. Do the Illuminati worship, and/or identify with, the serpent in the (story of the) Garden of Eden? Are they Luciferians, Satanists, or anything along those lines?

Yet, oddly there’s no geological evidence for a great worldwide flood.

But at least there are some cultures with no flood origin stories.

Strangest thing - folks from river flood plains and people on islands tend to have Flood stories. What a coincidence that they are the ones to retain the ancestral memory.

All geologist are part of the ILLUMINATI

Aliens, it’s all making lizard brain sense now…

Holy crap! Kozmik isn’t the Anarch. I am.

Now go do my bidding.

Smeghead for the WIN!

Because Wikipedia is an objective source overall.

Yes.

Yes.

Not that different because of epigenetics and shapeshifting.

Yes.

Not conclusively.

Think of the myths surrounding the serpent, especially the Judeo-Christian one.

No.

No.

Yes.

Yes.

Serious question for you Kozmik- Have you seen or read Lair Of The White Worm?

When you say shapeshifting, can they make themselves look like literally anything? What are the limits?

What powers do they have besides shapeshifting?

Kozmik what special qualities does their venom have?
