I started my ludicrously nerdy and marginal blog several years ago, but was always only half-finishing posts or running into problems with scanners, etc. This opening post explains what a Filmatelist is, though I haven’t been as consistent in my writing as I would’ve liked.
But now I’m back in the groove, have reached 2500 page views, and am posting regularly and in earnest, so this is an opportunity to ask me anything about my hobby (or perverse preoccupation; YMMV) or anything that I’ve written.
And note: I will be using the questions that have the most promise as a springboard into their own blog post and rewarding the author with a free CD of movie music (sigh–yes, I still live in a world of CDs, alas; did I mention I’m a fogey who collects postage stamps?). But anything you Dopers ask I’ll respond to here, too, of course.
(and it should be noted that I still have dozens of backdated posts that I’m still finishing, so there will continue to be new-new content as well as old-new content coming from here on out).
Now, let’s see who bites…
