Yeah, it’s a good high, but it tastes NASTY. It’s basically wormwood soaked in hard liquor for a week or so, with some other things soaked in to improve the buzz and (hopefully) make it taste slightly more drinkable.

It’s a euphoric, (very unlike being drunk), makes everything seem really amazing an exciting for about a half an hour. Then you feel slightly drunk.

And it’s illegal - a schedule I narcotic with jail time and whatnot. All the ingredients are legal, but when you put them together, it’s illegal. (Warning - it’s also very unhealthy, addictive, etc.) Here’s more info than you probably want.

I can’t say I have done Dimethyltriptamine (DMT) . You have to inject it or smoke it.

DMT can be potentiated orally with a short term MAOI, such as harmaline.

Shrooms (Pslocybe Mexicana) have an altered (weaker) form of DMT, less powerful, but it works on the same brain chemicals.

Actually the fly agaric mushrooms I was talking about are something totally different. They’re from the Amanita family, not psilocybe.

And psilocybe Mexicana a.k.a. Cubensis contains psilocybin, which, while also a tryptamine, has far different effects than DMT.

As far as I know, it’s still 100% legal in the U.S. I tried to grow it myself once, since I live in such a humid climate. I guess I kind of slacked a bit on watering it, though, so it died.
