And it’s rather ridiculous that you think “women holding dominion over men through sex is the most degrading thing ever.” I’d like to remind you of a time, not more than 50-100 years in the past, when sex was the only tool women ever had over men - because men put them there and women allowed themselves to be put there. Personally, I can’t wait until media starts focusing on overweight women of all races who are over 40 and suffering from menopause… Imagine an entire Reality TV show about these women eating carbs, discuss hot flashes and trying on swimsuits.
Here let me use an example. I didn’t meant that you ought NEVER talk about it, just not ALWAYS talk about it. Suppose you had a co-worker who was a nascar fan. Nascar then gets banned for not being family friendly and fans continue to undergroud race anyway. All your co-worker talks about is How badly persecuted he is and how misunderstood nascar is by the general public. All the time. He always finds a way to turn the conversation to Nascar, no matter that his coworkers are nascar fans too, but don’t particularily care if it gets re-instated. He insists that nascar was the ONLY way to live and if you don’t support it, your just a bigot. Moreover if you have the temerity to say;“let’s talka bout something else today okay?” you too must be a bigot and a prude. Sheesh.
If it’s your lifestyle that’s great, i don’t grudge it too you, but I don’t want it in my face constantly either. It doesn’t matterr if it’s gay rights, or evangelical christians, it gets ANNOYING. Chill, and you’ll get far more acceptance.
