This kind of crap shows the absolute worst side of the Republicans. That, plus Bush’s steel tariffs, the stupid medicare drug plan, ag subsidies, and the Republicans’ complete inability to control spending even a little despite controlling both houses and the presidency makes me ill.
I’d be happy to support the Democrats to punish them, except for the problem that the Democrats are worse. And MUCH worse on the critical issue of the day, terrorism and security. You Dems have an opportunity, because the Republicans are blowing it. But you’re busy doing some self-destructing of your own.

I see no connection between terrorism/security and DeLays ethics “problems”. The fact that he is trying to make political hay off of Schiavo, when he himself chose to pull the plug once just reveals him as a bigger hypocritical shit stain than I thought he was.
