Most likely 1/8" mini male to 1/8" mini male. Assuming the Sirius has a headphone slot and your aux port is like all the others.
The 1/8" mini male fits just fine on the car stereo end, but is too big on the Sirius end. I’ll shop around for a 1/16"-to-1/8".

Yeah, my mistake. It was 1/8 to 1/8. Found one pretty easily.
