Austin Dopers-up for a Dopefest?

That sounds fine for me!

Yeah, the 13th is good.
But really, so long as it’s not between the 6th-8th, anything’s good.

I may have a conflict, but maybe not.

So, Saturday, the 13th of September it is?

Still 4:00?

Shady Grove? Chuy’s? Somewhere else?

Yeah, the weekend of the 6th is bad for me as well. Of course, Saturday isn’t really good for me either, but there’s more of a chance for me to rearrange my schedule, so I’ll put in my vote for the 13th as well.

Again, I’m for Chuy’s, but now that I think of it, there’s also Wan Fu Too right down the street. Anyone adverse to Chinese?

If I can make it, Chinese is fine.

Bubbling up to the surface…

I just made plane reservation for Darth Nader and me. We will be there on Sept. 13, 4:00. Please tell us where (address, etc,).

Also, we need suggestions for a hotel in the neighborhood.

EEP!

Uh, we’re going up there for other things besides a Dopefest. So if (for whatever reason) plans fail to gel, I’m not going to get all pissy about it.

Just in case, ya know?

The 13th should be OK for me - providing I’m not in Angola (the country in Africa, not the prison in Louisiana).

The Austin Motel is an amazing place, but they’re probably full by now. There’s an Extended Stay right Downtown. There’s a Homestead Studio. There’s a Days Inn about 100 yds from my house (10 minutes from downtown).

Cool! mr. emilyforce has been agitating to go see the bats again anyway.

So, like, is the 13th a go? And where at? Chuy’s, Shady Grove, or Wan Fu Too?

Woo-hoo! I’m gonna meet me some Dopers!

Well? Where?

Hey! I’m talkin’ ta YOU!

Anyone? Anyone?

Let’s do Chuy’s

OK, so it’s:

Chuy’s Restaurant
1728 Barton Springs Rd
Austin, TX
(512) 474-4452

4:00 PM, Saturday, September 13[sup]th[/sup]

Right?

Sounds good to me!

We’ll be there!

If it’s all right, I’ll be there this time too.

Of course it’s all right. Please come if you’re able.

Chuy’s! Yay! We’ll see y’all there.

Shall we wear, say a pink gardenia so y’all know us?

We always put the table under the name Adams.

Of course, last time we went to Chuy’s, the hostess just told me “Oh, they’re in the back” so this can be of limited usefulness.
