In response to this old, old column I’m pleased to report that after many years of searching(…well a few years…well, okay, I never really thought about it, I just remember the column), I saw a baby pigeon this weekend on State Street. It was out of the nest above a doorway but clearly not yet ready to fly. The adults that were with it flew off as I was looking but the baby stayed behind.
