Our last name is pronounced fox.
When I asked my Grandpa why I got a weird story about the mail being mixed up in Scotland so the spelling was changed.
My Aunt (dad’s oldest sister) had a more outragous story more like Braveheart with a Frenchman running off with a Scottish lass.
I’ll think up my own story to tell my kids/grandkids. It willl have pirates and stuff.
