Well it’s Saturday morning, about 11am. I’m back at work (normally only work Monday-Friday). I’m teaching two microbiology labs this semester and that just wipes out about a day to do my job-description-work. Oh well…time to suck it up and do what I got to do! By the way, if anyone wants to know, I’ll be making some blood agar plates today. What do I do with the left over blood agar you ask. That’s simple. Just scoop some up with a spoon, spread it over some nice country bread, add some brie and a dash of good Balsamic vinegar!! Sure, there’s plenty to share.
