Bacon or sausage?

Prompted by this:

Which do you prefer with (for) breakfast? Bacon, or sausage(s)?

For the purposes of this thread, bacon shall be defined as American-style rashers like these. Sausages shall be defined as skinless links, links with casings, and/or patties.

Both. When I don’t have that option I alternate. However, if I’ve had neither for a while I’ll choose bacon.
