Bad bad bad Belly of the Beast! (Medical scans)

Ol’ Beck is slid into a tube. Untold powers zapped into her broken, scrawny body again.

I swear when I die..if you exhume me 10years in the future, I’ll be glowing in the dark.

Really how much of this crap can a body take?

As much as it takes to make the Dr.'s mortgage payment.

What was the scan? An MRI scan is annoying but there’s no radiation involved. A CT scan zaps you with a lot of X-rays. I suppose eventually you might glow in the dark!

If only of it were that simple, for example the doctor alone needs a Caribbean vacation. And then their is the hospital infrastructure and grift to politicians. If you die all of this takes a hit, the rest of us are counting on you to endure least we have to take up the slack.

Good luck, we’re counting on you to glow on.

Can’t say if she glows, but she’s positively radiant!

Very cute, Fish man. Just real special!

It was X-rays and scans of my bum foot. Dang thing. Just keeps being an ass. Well, not an ass exactly, but a real bother.

Doc gives a good report. Seems amputation is not necessary (that’s a joke. While it’s possible to lose lower limbs from diabetes, I’m not quite at that point).

He stated rest another week and carefully start walking on it. And, don’t sign up for any marathons.

Oh he mentioned rehab/PT. But the jokes on him. Ain’t gonna!!

:+1: :tada:

Yes you are.

Even though you get radiation with a CT scan, at least the tube is short and it doesn’t take very long. It’s not like that long claustrophobic tube you spend an hour in for an MRI.
