Banned Posters become Un-Ignored

Could this issue be related to the following?

Ignored users visible when new posts are loaded in an already-opened thread?

Very busy week in the various Elections threads of course… Often I’ll open a thread, and, as I read the old ones (which for a lot of these huge threads with lots of new posts can take awhile) it will accumulate new posts. But now I’ve noticed when I get to these posts which arrive after I’ve opened the thread, I can see the posts of people I have on my ignore list. Anyone else noticed this?
