until the rain came.
I was talking with a customer yesterday, when we both heard a sudden whoosh followed by what sounded like a waterfall: which is exactly what it was.
A waterfall right over the toilet. :rolleyes:
A ceiling tile had caved in and water was everywhere.
When I brought this to my boss’ attention, I was told it was supposed to do that…just not to that extreme. Seems there’s a leak from above that couldn’t be stopped, so the rationale was since that the entire inner bathroom area was designed to be a shower (yes, toilet is in the shower) that they would just route the leak to the drain in the middle of the floor and be done with it.
They didn’t take into account floodwaters.
We’ve had heavy rain the last few days and it’s just pouring down out of the ceiling.
We have to use the toilet in the rain. 
Le sigh.
