Please. Batman would take Nemesis easy. Nemesis has the I.Q. of a rock. He’s basically Killer Croc with wings. Also, batman is a lot more crafty than anyone from G.I. Joe. He’s in better shape, has better toys, and deals with tougher villains.

And Jthunder, you are forgetting how nourishing alphabet soup is. With all that rich, soupy goodness there is no way Batman could lose.
