I’m not planning on bothering with the subscripts, I’ll just type it like this: Baltar’s Six. I’ve been calling the remaining Boomer “BoomerMommy.” The Pegasus Number Six has a name: Gina.
Adar was in the pilot episode. At the beginning of the original story, the Twelve Colonies were about to sign a peace treaty with the Cylons after a thousand years of war. Said treaty was basically architected by Baltar, though he cannily let Adar, a buffoon, step up and take the credit. That is, up until the Cylon betrayal and the destruction of the Colonies, at which point Adar done got kilt.

(By the way, for what it’s worth, I stumbled across the original paperback comic book version of the Galactica pilot while going through some of my old stuff in my parents’ garage over Christmas. “Presented by Stan Lee,” no less. Amazingly poor art and adapted dialogue; it’s hilarious.
It’s in crappy shape, so it’s not worth anything beyond amusing nostalgia. Still, I’ll be hanging on to it for a while.)
a Question or 3,
Peg6 identifies the ressurection ship and says blow it up…but they never even think to run those pics past Boomer, hmmmmm
never did see a shred of evidence that they scavenged anything from the Cylon ships they blew up with Boomers help,
Hi Opal!!!
Good point. Those transponders would have been helpful for an attack run on a basestar - if only for the initial confusion.
Sure, but keep in mind that they didn’t send out Chief with a blowtorch, instead their pilots blew them all up.
Besides, I assume that after a big fight with the Cylons the fleet wouldn’t stick around - how long till the next Cylon fleet shows up and starts nuking? Nope. Time to fleeeeeeeeeee!

If only they were able to predict the future flawlessly, eh?
Do they not still have a couple cylon troop transports? I wonder if those could be used in the raid - for what use, I’m not sure.
Yeah, but on the other hand what if Boomer’s virus was only good for a short time? They send out the salvage fleet and, oops, they all just turned back on. There goes our technical staff…

Well, the ones that crash-landed in Galactica’s flight pod may or may not have been salvageable - actually, I’m kind of surprised we never ehard anything on that. Either way, though, they’ve definitely got the one that Starbuck/Helo/Boomer came back in.

A minor nitpick I have after watching the episode again: When Starbuck jumps back from her recon mission, Cain exclaims, “it must be a Cylon Raider! How did a Raider get so close without being detected?”
Well, don’t Raiders have FTL drives that allow them to jump in from basically nowhere? This surprises you? You’ve never seen a Raider appear out of nowhere before?
I think that it meant that it got close without an easily-detectable FTL jump.
Which made ME wonder why Starbuck would jump out right next to the Cylon fleet. Wouldn’t it be better to drift a long ways off before jumping?
Seems to me that jumps would be extremely detectable.

Remember the guy saying “I assure you it came out of nowhere.”
Remember Star Wars? “Apology accepted, Admiral Whats-Your-Name.” ? The newest Admiral glancing between Vader and his choking former boss?
She just wanted to bitch.
Is Baltar planning a heist on Colonial One’s casino now? He better watch out for Roslin, she’ll bust a cap in his ass.
Actually, Adama runs the CAP.
