And, of course, playing Twister and Battleship against Death is a nod to Ingmar Bergman.

These are self-conscious time-travel movies, remember. Someone might tell them to go back in time and get Charles Darwin, but they screw up their instructions and bring George Carlin to the present. Bill and Ted would keep insisting that he’s secretly Rufus, and “Carlin” would assume that either he or they are tripping.
Howard Hesseman or Martin Mull could play the role and would be in keeping with the '80s vibe. Or Jeffrey Jones would be an edgy choice, and it might count toward his community service.
They are and they’re worth it. I have real hockey jerseys that aren’t as good quality as what Geeky Jerseys makes. And trust me, it’s worth the cost just to have someone at a hockey game look at me quizzically and ask “So where is Miskatonic University?” and then I get to say “Massachusetts” with a straight face.
You’ll have to have them send you an email when they make them again. I think the last time they made those was back in November, so you prolly won’t see them again before Halloween.
And once you pay for one, it takes 4-5 months to actually arrive. It’s long, but trust me it’s worth the wait: I have 5 of their jerseys now and plan on at least 2 more this year.
Hopefully, their characters are actually portrayed as being almost 30 years older, and not the same as they were 30 years ago.
