“About that deadline tonight: it matters” - something or other about fundraising (dated 12/31). Didn’t actually open it or anything.
I thought that it was weird. But my friends send me emails with that sort of subject line.
I guess he wants to be pals.
I opened it, and I usually delete them, because they’re always about donations. This one was too of course but I couldn’t tell from the subject!

He’s trying way too hard to impress me.
I thought it would go on to say he was trying to get money out of Kenya that his father left him, and he would give me 10% if I sent him my bank details.
