Does anyone know a good all-you-can-eat place in or around Bellevue, WA ?

What kind of all-you-can-eat? There’s an Asian restaurant at 10630 N.E. 8th St., Suite 800 - it’s called the Eating Factory. There’s a Japanese all-you-can-eat in Redmond at the Redmond Town Center, called Todai. I’ve never been there. Almost any Indian restaurant will have an all-you-can-eat buffet - there’s a decent one at Eastgate. I don’t know of any “American menu” restaurants like that though.
