Anyway, I posted to rec.guns and got no response though I’m pretty sure I set a fair price. Does anyone here ever sell their guns online? I see a few sites in google but have no experience with them. The only other time I sold a gun, I did it over the newsgroup. Yes, I’m aware of FFL laws and plan to do this legally. Also, do you think the s&w stigma will make this a difficult sell?. Also, what would be a fair price for this model including a 2x leupold scope? I’ve seen similar models selling for about $600 without the scope on a couple of the auction sites. Any help is appreciated.
Have you tried gunsamerica.com? I almost bought my Browning Trap gun from there but got a better deal locally instead. Check forthehunt.com (IIRC) and the shotgun sports resource page for people who can give you a better estimate of the piece. Or you can go by the local gun store and checkout their copy of the blue book of guns to get a ballpark figure.

I’ve browsed gunbroker.com and auctionarms.com to get an idea of what my gun should sell for but I don’t know which sites are worthwhile. Thanks again.
