Saw a similar thread at another site and had to see what you guys come up with. Also not sure if we should try to guess or just tell. Not telling is only fun if people can guess. I think mine are easy enough. Oh wait, there’s that spoiler thingy! Best of both worlds!
The one that immediately popped into my head (and from memory, so probably not exact): Do you still execute people in New York. No? Shame.
The Taking of Pelham 123 1974
You always were an asshole, Goreman.
Aliens
Clever girl!
Jurassic Park
Hey, the spoilers only have the name of the movie. I’d have to do actual research to add the character names. Except the first one. That one I remember.
I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off (the) shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.
Robert Ryan as Hans Ehrengard in The Professionals (1966):“God almighty, I’ve known heat before, but this is… I hate the desert. It’s got no… pity.” (passes out)
I think the scene at the beginning of the new Star Trek reboot, with Kirk’s father (played by Chris Hemsworth) naming Kirk right before he knows he’s going to die is pretty touching.
Originally in Jurassic Park, but this is also the line in the movie, “Momentum”, starring Olga Kurylenko. Just before he was blown away by the police, the villain realized that she had hidden the much sought after Flash Drive right on his person.
"I heard say the executioner was very good, and I have a little neck. "
Anne Boleyn, before her execution on The Tudors. The real Anne reportedly actually said this. Gives me chills
Another one that veers slightly from the OP: " I know. In Hell"
The title character is apprehended for murder. The cop says “you’re gonna burn for this” and Johnny Angel replies with the above quote. And then he does.
