There were ties in '03, '07 and '08, so there are 13 choices. An interesting list, though not as many great albums (IMO) as the '80s and '90s. Still deciding between Outkast and The New Pornographers.
Not a lot of love for the music of the 2000s, it seems. I ended up going with Outkast.

Probably. Napster was what - '99? And the iTunes store was '03, so it makes sense.
