Personally, I would try to do just about every lass in the Dave Cockrum-era Legion of Lingerie Models, er, I mean the Legion of Super-Heroes. I would probably die, but what a way to go.
Supergirl, Zatanna, Black Canary and Janet Pym aren’t bad either.
I found Zatana on Smallville to be rather sexy, but I prefer the Supergirl from the comics.
And I found Zatana sexy even in the full magicians outfit (rather than the cut-off version she wears as a superhero/at cosplay parties.)
And, yes, I also had a thing for Raven on the Teen Titans show, and I thought she was a better match for Robin. Grown up she’s hotter, but her personality is not as good, so I’m happier with a Starfire/Robin pairing.

She also prefers a two-piece when she’s swimming and it’s never really clear whether it’s a true bathing suit or underclothing.* Plus she bathes in a pool once, presumably nude though you only see her shoulders.
