I’ve got to think that Blondie is the sexyest woman in the comics (or, as Jessica Rabbit would say, is just drawn that way).
Going way back to Li’l Abner, I’d vote 2nd place for Moonbeam McSwine.

The Neal Adams version of Black Canary. Almost too hot for the Comics Code. There are few comic book artists better than Adams, and hundreds of imitators (ultimately, he’s more influential than any other comic book artist – and I include Jack Kirby).
Depends on what you find hot, really.
Power Girl might get a lot of votes from the guys on this board.

Not from me, she won’t. I’d rather vote for the Greg Land or Barry Kitson versions of the Black Canary.

It’s a shame that so few artists can draw her well.
Cat woman has that S&M thing going on so well, but dealing with her boyfriend could be a problem if he’s prepared.
Jet Girl, from the Tank Girl comics is probably best. High nerdosity, not nearly as crazy as TG and very cute.
In the Lil’ Abner division I’ll take Stupefying’ Jones or Daisy Mae over Moonbeam any old day.

Any of the women in Howard Chaykin’s American Flagg. I’m partial to Crystal Gayle Marakova, but there wasn’t a woman there that wasn’t hotter than a thousand suns, especially since they all seemed to wear kinky underwear and were more than willing to show it off.
I’m all about the Huntress, especially the animated JLU one. Friend of mine drools over Hawkgirl. Also Jade and Stargirl.
