I’ve really enjoyed CONQUEST on The Discovery Channel (documentary on weaponry with an eccentric host)
I don’t know if I’d call it the best, but JUDGING AMY is a show that’s really grown on me, and ER has found a second wind.
FRASIER has, alas, run its course, I fear. They never should have renewed for three years because the field is barren.
A show that I wish would be a regular series: last year, Nick’at’Nite featured a week of “Pop-Up-Brady”, in which the producers of “Pop-Up-Video” (an inspired series; I don’t even like videos and I watched it) worked their magic on several episodes of THE BRADY BUNCH. It made them watchable and entertaining again for the first time in 30 years.
I’d love to see “POP UP BEWITCHED”, “POP UP GILLIGAN”, “POP UP I LOVE LUCY”, etc.- it could last for years before you’d be totally bored with it.
Wow, what a great concept. Imagine them doing Movie ones… Hopefully they redo some more…
