Kaley Cuoco has taken a fall while horse riding and has a broken leg.
They’ll write her out of the show that they are taping and take a week long hiatus.
Think they’ll bring a new hot girl?
They’ll write it into the season. Bets on how Penny (as opposed to the actress) breaks her leg? I’m gonna go with “She trips on some geekage of the guys’.”
I remember the scene in The West Wing where Stockard Channing came in the door with her leg raised and in a cast. They wrote it away pretty quickly with her saying, “I broke it hiking.”
It has to have something to do with the stairs in the building, perhaps prompting a repair of the elevator (that Leonard blew up).
I can just see Sheldon trying to wake up a sleeping Penny by knocking on her cast three times…

Better yet, the elevator gets fixed and Penny is the first one to use it, breaking her leg and the elevator (again) in the process.

No offense to the actress, who I hope has an easy recovery, but I’ll be glad to see a little less Penny this season.
I’m a geek girl so I want to see the geek guys, and geek girls. The character of Penny does nothing for me.

Having suffered recently with an arm cast, I feel immense sympathy for poor Kaley.
But responses like this are why I love ths place.

Isn’t Penny an aspiring actress? Don’t people wish actors/actresses good luck, by saying “break a leg”?
