Didn’t Stuart offer Penny some of his drugs/medication?

I thought I remembered a scene with him plopping a bunch of prescription meds on the counter of his store. I thought the implication was she could have some, but I don’t remember.

I thought that was with Bernie. She ruined one of Howies comics and was wanting to get it replaced ASAP and was trying to bribe Stuart with anxiety meds and then Stuart siad something to the effect of “Which one might you have that I don’t?” and then he plopped his big box of meds on the counter to show her all the stuff he was taking.
