Sheldon = Data (closest character to Spock in TNG)
Leonard = Picard (Sheldon said he was the Kirk of the group)
Howard = Geordi (engineer)
Raj = Troi? 
Sheldon will definitely be Data.
Leonard will be Riker.
Raj will be Geordi.
Howard will be Worf.
I think one of the other three will have to go as Wesley Crusher just to annoy Sheldon.
Sheldon as Data is almost a given.
Leonard as Picard seems likely
Howard as Riker, maybe—he fancies himself a ladies man.
Raj as Worf, maybe.
If the girls were going, Amy as Troi, Bernadette as Crusher, and Penny as…hmmm…Ensign Ro?
Due to a misunderstanding, Raj gets stuck being Aquaman again.
Have to remeber Sheldon hates Brent Spiner (and likes Wil Wheaton) now - would he still dress up as Data?
And Penny could be Tasha Yar.

Good point. I don’t think we’ll see Sheldon dressing up as Wesler though. He’ll probally still dress up as Data. Or he’ll contrive some loophole and go as either Ambassador Sarek, or Ambassador Spock.
Although…in a repeat last night Sheldon did a passable Picard, so I could see:
Sheldon - Picard
Leonard - Riker
Howard - Worf
Raj - Aquaman
Nobody plays Data because Sheldon hates Spiner.

Howard is the Borg, but it’s not clear if he’s Hugh or just a generic Borg. Is it just me or is Sheldon-Data really hot? He seemed much more human than normal.
Someone asked about the 4 capital cities in the thread about last weeks show:
According tothis web site, in 2008 there were 5, Juneau, AK; Dover, DE; Jefferson City, MO; Carson City, NV; and Pierre, SD. There were some notes about ongoing construction, so maybe 1 of those now has an Interstate. Or Sheldon was constructing a trick question.
What the heck, I’ll hide this, too.
According to Google maps, Interstate 580 now runs from Reno to Carson City, leaving the other four.
