Biggest inadvertent funny on the SDMB

Sorry Threadkiller, but I just opened a thread and voila, ROTFL!!

So, either
[ul]
[li]What’s the daftest thing you’ve put in a post and then realised afterwards when it was too late to change it?[/li]or
[li]What have you seen in a thread that wasn’t supposed to be funny but patently was?[/li][/ul]

Gotcha Ya! immediately comes to mind.

Or there was the whole Og thing. Or “Fucko off!”

I don’t get it.

sounds funnier spoken than written.
(well it can’t ‘sound’ very funny written, fool, doh)

Nadsome.

I’m sure I read a thread containing the phrase “waa laa” recently (voila), but can’t quite place it.

Monkey butler

“cow orker” has to be up there…

isn’t that a phrase from Dilbert or something? - “Co-irker”? “Cow-orker”?

I think it dates from the original AOL days of the SDMB. Anyone out there know for sure?

It is from Dilbert, probably before even that.

Hey, Blue, I think you beat me to it, so it makes my OP the funny mistake.

I think it came from Usenet. I remember seeing it on alt.fan.cecil-adams and alt.folklore.urban back in the early to mid-nineties.

There was that thread about how you shouldn’t kick people in the nuts. Problem was, he thought it was a newsflash.

I thought it was pretty funny when Cleverman inadvertantly referred to Manhattan as “Banhattan”.

No, really, I don’t get it.

You aren’t the only one.

dreamer’s proselytizing OP in GD disappeared…hamsters ate it or something. But damn the responses that got were great…

If someone would be so kind:

How did the “Og” thing get started?
