Now to your question or rather a trap or entrapment or whatever!
To your first question
It isn’t based on belief and you better believe it.
After a painstaking investigation and research to satisfy my curiosity I ended up with the only inevitable conclusion that Billy was telling the truth although I started out as a skeptic having seen that photo of WCUFO hovering above a van which I took for a model close up to the camera, I was offended and never touch it for six months until I had the urge to go back and reassess it.
I was prompted by an article Ms Vivienne Legg had wrote and gave it another try knowing that in all fairness I didn’t do my due diligence with an honest investigation of the case by first reading upon what Billy really said.
To cut the long story short after careful piecing of the jigsaw puzzle by adding all facts presented in the case and testing it to logic and scientific possibilities of our current day I was convinced that the enormity and the breath of the material including the contact notes could not be fabricated even by a genius unless it was actually true.
Everything was consistent and made sense not because I wanted to believe it but rather by being in a skeptical position it rather helped my investigation because I wanted to prove that it was lie.
I would have to write a book to explain everything in detail but that is the crux of it.
BTW good question and I hope you mean it by asking it in sincerity.
