Birkhead's the Daddy!

CNN Story

Talk about hitting the lottery!

No one said this story could get any more convoluted/weirder.

I do feel for Stern. I think he really loves that child, well beyond any last link to Anna, etc.

Let the festivities commence, once again.

He hit something alright, but I think what he hit was “it”.

I always thought it would be him.

I knew it! I knew it when Howard Stern tried to stop the DNA testing. Of the pathetic excuses for human beings in the running to father this child, he seems the least objectionable. I hope he will be a good father to the little girl and keep her firmly away from the spotlight and the enabling syncophants who hastened her mother’s death.

So does this make Smith’s will moot? Didn’t she designate Stern as the child’s guardian?

I don’t have a dog in this fight, I’m just curious.

Thank God. I’m a little short this month, and I was having a hard time figuring out how to cover the formula costs.

Yay!
Can we stop hearing about this now?

Bummer. I was hoping it would be the Old Geezer Spermsicle or Prince Zsa-Zsa von Scheißkopf.

I think you’re protesting your innocence a bit too much…

Ladies and gentlemen I submit to your consideration that

AUNTIEPAM is in fact…LARRY BIRKHEAD! (Though after that $620k bill for legal services you just got stuck with it’s not surprising that you’re asking for advice here.)

This gives me an idea for a new reality tv show.

Who Wants To Marry the Father of Anna Nicoles Baby?

I don’t care.

I don’t care that AskNott doesn’t care. (will it end here, I wonder?)

Awww, Stern seemed the most stable of the lot. Does Birkenhead’s paternity overrule Anna’s will?

To the extant that Anna arranged for Stern to be Dannilyn’s guardian, yes. The bigger question is does Birkhead, as Dannilyn’s father, get to control her inheritance until she turns 18? She did inheirit her mother’s claims to the Marshall estate.

Two legit questions about this case:

  1. The baby is in the Bahamas. Does this change jack as far as Stern’s rights (since Bahamian law goes with birth certificate over biology)?

  2. Has it been revealed how much of an estate Anna Nicole left in her own right (i.e. not taking into account money from the Marshall estate which may be a billion or which her heir may never see a dime of). I know there’s a disputed matter of who owns the house she lived in (which would seem pretty easy to resolve- whose name is the deed in?) that would fluctuate the estate’s worth by about $1 million, but between her endorsements and the reality show and other ventures and courtesan duties she certainly earned a fortune in recent years. I was curious if she kept any of it.

Good Og why are we supposed to care abou tthis? Make that skank go away!

Apparently Stern is willing to help Birkhead get full custody (or at least claims to). He does want a “gradual transition” for Dannielynn. :dubious: He did try an Appeal, but backed down and the Bahamian Court of Appeals ordered him to pay court costs.

Scandal, glamor, wealth, promiscuity, international law, sex, drug use, beautiful people dying mysteriously, media field day, morality play, odd characters- it’s good melodrama.

Crap! I was hoping it would turn into a Maury moment where they test about 10 guys and none are the father.

This actually just happened: I quoted your post to Mrsin and he spit red wine all over his lap-top and our green leather chair. You win Antinor01. The proverbial just happened.
