I’ve got a cafe-au-lait spot the shape of Florida on my penis. It has an Okeechobee and everything.
Really? I’ve heard people to things as third nipples that to me look just like simple moles. If a tiny looking mole just so happens to be on your chest, that makes it a nipple? Even if that same thing on an arm would just be a mole?
No, a mole is just a mole, but if it’s in line with your other nipples (like the teats on an animal), it surprisingly commonly isn’t just a mole. I know several people with spares. Some look like tiny nipples, some like fairly ordinary moles; I’m not that clear on how you would actually tell just by looking. I can relate first hand (heh) experience of one which responds to stimulation in the same way as ordinary nipples, but tinier. That isn’t just looking, though!

Ah, thanks. I googled to see what third nipples do look like and found a picture of a third nipple in line with another nipple that had been…umm, pierced. Actually, both the second and third nipple had matching piercings.
I have a mole that looks like the Infinity Symbol on my right leg.
In my early twenties, in a vain moment, I had a dermatologist slice it off. And it just grew right back.
Aw, I wanted a pic of the mole!
I’ve got a light brown one on the L side of my ass/hip. Oval, maybe 3"x1". Funny, I haven’t even “noticed” it in some time.
And I’ve got a smaller one on one of my legs - also light brown, maybe 1"x1/2". Can’t even remember which leg it is on or exactly where it is. Will have to check next time I drop trou.
Funny what fades into the background after half a century…
I have a tiny dot between the knuckles of my pointer and middle finger on my right hand. It’s not really noticeable unless you are actively staring at it.
I have another mole right under my left nipple.
And I have a scattering of freckles up my right leg. I used to be quite sensitive about them as a kid but they’ve faded since then.
I have a brown/red birthmark under my chin.
My mom, y’know, the woman who gave birth to me, still forgets I have it and often tells me to wipe my chin because i have chocolate on me.
I have a tiny coffee stain mark on my arm and that’s it as far as I know. My oldest daughter has one of those ear tag things and my youngest has a red stain covering about half her forehead. It’s pale enough not really to be noticeable unless she gets hot or angry. She also has a Mongolian spot on bottom and one on her foot that’s almost gone completely now.
I have a playing-card sized area under my left nipple that is devoid of pigment. It won’t tan, and, oddly, won’t burn either. Maybe it’s a scar…
My son has a pretty good map of North Island, New Zealand on his chest.

Could be. I have a something like that on my right shoulder, a silver-dollar-sized circle that is almost completely devoid of the freckles that otherwise cover both arms from the collarbone down to the knuckles. It’s the result of road rash from a bicycle accident when I was 13.
I don’t have any interesting birthmarks, just some random moles. But I have a buddy who has normal black eyelashes, except on his right eye there is about 10 albino hairs instead of black ones. He has a dark complexion, and the white hairs are very noticable.
I have a brown birthmark in the shape of a lighting bolt on my left leg and I had a small, light brown oval on my right arm that has recently disappeared. (The one on my arm was weird because if I scratched it, it woudl raise up into a pretty good sized bump.)
My daughter has a stork bite at the base of the back of her head and a tiny one on her left eyelid. You can’t see the one on her head because of her hair and you can only see the one on her eye when she gets mad. Which, at 2 years old, means we see it a lot these days.
I don’t have any noteworthy birthmarks, but BomTek, Jr. has one that covers most of his right butt cheek. It’s weird: it gets bright red and easily noticeable when he’s upset about something, and some of the rest of the time when he’s calm you might not notice it if you don’t know it’s there. My stepmom tried to scrub it off the first time they babysat for him.
BTW, he’s 11 months, so definitely still in that timeframe where perfect strangers could conceivably see his butt if we’re changing his diaper in a public restroom. Once he’s a little older I don’t think strangers seeing his butt should be much of an issue.
Tiny cafe au lait spot near one armpit, a couple of stork bites at the base of my neck that are still there even as old as I am. I thought those faded with age. Dark mole/beauty mark on my right upper lip.
My son had Mongolian spots on his rear and one right between his eyes when he was born but I think they’re all gone now. Not gonna look at his rear now that he’s a teen. I think the one on his face was gone by the time he was about 3.
When he was a baby people always thought his butt was bruised. I think he has a cafe au lait spot somewhere close to where mine is located also, but not in the exact same place.
My daughter has a couple of stork bites at the base of her neck also but you can rarely see them she has such thick hair.
