I did a paper on Jacob Lawrence for an “Anthropology of the African American” course in undergrad, he was seriously cool. He seems to have passed on without notifying me, so you and I are probably going to be the only ones who give him as an answer.

Sigmagirl is #39.

My personal take on googling in the Feud: I often do it double-check a gut reaction answer when I’m not sure it’s correct. I know Feuds are about matching others, not necessarily getting the right answers, but I’d be embarrassed if my answer was **totally **wrong. My football answer in this Feud is an example. Doug Williams sprang to mind immediately, since I seemed to remember a big deal about him starting in the Super Bowl many years ago, but since I don’t follow sports at all, I checked to make sure.

Then there are Feuds where I am totally stumped for an answer or two. I google or wiki for those also.

But if I can’t answer at least half of the questions without outside assistance, then I skip that Feud, since it stops being fun for me, and doesn’t seem sporting besides.

YMMV

Thus my bowing out of the Broadway Feud.
