As Baby Driver noted, if the guy won’t be having sex after getting head, and can’t return the favor to the, uh, same degree, it makes sense that some women would be less than enthusiastic about oral sex to completion (though there is a trick for this – a vibrator, during and/or after). Most women I know get off on giving, though I’d say about half went through a period when they thought it was degrading – thanks a lot, guy who pushed the back of their heads making them choke in their teens!

(I find it odd that it doesn’t count unless it’s done to completion, that does screw with my statistics).
