Conditioner is good for getting tangles out and leaves all body hair nice and smooth, IMHO. YMMV, of course… 
A life lesson that I’ve learned is that a white bathroom floor, toilet and sink are not a good choice when one is married to a shedding gorilla that has body hair longer than those on my head. As soon as we redo the bathrooms, I’m gonna change that.
