CNN is retracting the White House bomb story.
Can’t imagine the NY Times wasn’t targeted as well, what with them being the close 4th on Trump’s hit list.
The CNN bomb was addressed to John Brennan. Who happens to be a Trump foil. Though, they probably should have checked because he doesn’t work at CNN. He works at MSNBC.

Is everyone ready to hear that this was just the work of one (or a few) bad apples and not reflective of the GOP as a whole? I mean, cops say it all the time and it works, right?
I’m happy this was not targeted at the CFSG as well not because of who they’d blame but because that would narrow it down to pretty much the Russians.
I’d wait to see who, if anyone is actually caught and/or implicated in this. Fairly sure that this was high profile enough that the FBI and other national resources are going to be shaking the bushes and picking up the rocks to see what turns up and, most likely, whoever did it will be caught fairly quickly.
