Was weird he was back with Daisy, as didn’t he end last season in bed with that new squintern?
I didn’t believe that Sweets was dead, kept waiting for the way they would revive him. Something will be missing in the series without him.
Still watching it, yeah, it’s been uneven, but not bad enough for me to drop it. Mind you, this episode was loaded with so much junk, it was dizzying.
In response to your question re the squintern, I seemd to have missed that bit. I tend to do other things while watching tv.
I fell asleep during it, and it’s not important enough for me to have a TiVo season pass, so I can’t go back and watch it.
But Sweets!!! He will be missed. It would have improved the show so much if it had been Temperance Brennan.
Not watching it anymore! He was the only I watched for the last few years. 
I’m just pleased that they actually managed to surprise me.
I’m still watching. The show is consistently entertaining.
I’m sorry they had to bump off Sweets, but my understanding is that the actor playing him is getting very busy writing and directing movies and didn’t have the time to devote to the role. Good for him for moving on with his career.
Maybe they can kill off Angela next? She bugs the shit out of me.

The current story arc is full of stupid. Just make a thousand copies of the files and post them online, drop them off at the Washington Post, etc. already.
The “single copy of a data file” thing is soooo 60s.
They really telegraphed the death thing. They only needed to have announce that he was retiring and this was going to be his last day. Sheesh.
What was up with the Rance Howard segment? They just start to get to something, they get a phone call and run off. Umm, maybe you could keep talking to the guy who knew something. Otherwise it was pretty much a waste of time.
And, if he’d just bought a boat, that he had named “Live 4 Ever”.
If they could kill Booth in prison, I might enjoy the show. Maybe Bones, too. And make the whole Zack is the Gormaprentis be a bad dream sequence.
