Waterj2 has suggested a Boston Doper Fest, but I don’t think a lot of people will se it at the bottom of the “Mass Driver” thread in GQ, so I’ve moved the suggestion here.
How about it? Any other Boston-area Dopers want to get together and gritch about the Big Dig, share notes on obscure topics, and see what the people behind the screen names and sig lines look like?
Nobody’s replied, so I thought I’d bump this up to rescue it from oblivion.
As long as its not *in[/in] Boston, I’d be willing to go. I’m thinking Framingham…lots of places to go, and its about in the middle (driving time, at least) of the state. Of course, if you wanted to meet in Fall River, I wouldn’t complain…
I’m gonna be in Boston the 20-23 of July. Maybe we could do it then, but we’re going to need more peoples. BTW, I love Boston.
