Don’t know #1, and I’m not Little Anthony, but yes, “Me and You and a Dog Named Boo” was one of my hits (it topped out at #5 on the US charts and #4 in the UK); others included “I’d Love You to Want Me” (US #2, UK #5) and “Don’t Expect Me to Be Your Friend” (US #8).
