Okay, I’ll be the first to ask:
WHY is there a “massive debate” going on about this person?

The jaw line, the orbital ridge, the shoulders, the lack of tits…Now none (or even all) of those things means it can’t be a woman, but, barring something else, lie a positive claim by the subject or whoever posted it that it’s definatly female, I don’t see why there’d be a debate.
The only debatable point I can think of is, if he turns out to be straight, can I get his phone number?
Female. Look at the hands. Those are girl’s hands. And I don’t see an Adam’s apple, just the ridge of the esophagus that all people have. If someone told me the person was male, though, I wouldn’t disagree with them… but I’d be willing to bet “female.”
They look like androgynous “sullen teenager” hands to me.

Definitely male.
I’d say female, the adam’s apple is too high to be a male’s. It’s the short hair and mannish clothes (which give the body a square masculine line) that fool you, put the person in more form fitting “girly” clothes and they’d look more feminine. Look at where the arms rest, they have a tiny waist, and hips.
