The point is that marriage by its very nature requires each partner to subordinate themselves to the other at least to some extent. So all you are doing is drawing a line and saying “oh no, that’s to much subordination and is objectively wrong!” It’s that last part I have a problem with–you think that where you have drawn the line is the objectively correct place, that your opinion of how things should be done is how they should be done.
