Everyone, I need help. There was an actress (up there in her years) plugging her Broadway show on Rosie (I think last Thurs. or Fri.). It seemed like a funny show, based on Jewish stereotypes. My parents would love it, and I’d like to get them tickets for their B-day. Does anyone know the show I’m talking about (the broadway one)? because I just can’t remember the name of it.
Oh, Moe - the woe! You actually watch Rosie? I tried once, but I can take just so much gushing and fawning before I’m retching and yawning.
Can’t help you ID the show, but here’s a link with ticket info on current Broadway productions, once you get a sensible answer. (Maybe you’ll recognize the name if you see it.)
No, no I don’t watch the show, and I feared this type of response as I posted.
I don’t even have a TV, but I was at a friend’s house and while flipping through channels he stopped on Rosie long enough for me to hear about this Broadway show. Anyway, I did find out the name of it - “Tales of an Allergists Wife” I believe was the title.
I am now deciding if I’m going to go ahead and buy the tickets for my folks.
