During football practice I was run over by a teammate, (from behind, who was on my team at the time) who weighs about 330. He landed on my leg and bruised the bone. It hurt like hell and I have been out for a week so far. Has anybody ever done this before?? Thanks,

i’ve had my shins bruised playing field hockey. One time this girl took a swing at my legs, a real vicious one, and got me right with the edge of her stick. Left a dent in the bone that I still have. Now… this is through a pair of really kick-ass shinguards, so this girl was out for blood that day…
