You mean when he punched out the Liberian warlord and said, “That’s how we deal with our enemies.”? Yeah, old Chuck Finley’s the man, all right. 
I do like this season in that they are giving the other characters more to do - even mom is getting into the spy game.
When Jesse was introduced a couple of seasons ago, I thought “Here comes the shark jump.” I was wrong. Now I can’t imagine the show without him. He’s become a real member of the team.
I thought that was a mistake, too, but it works well.
Sam’s still the guy I want with me in a bar fight, though.
Which is why I’m POed that he doesn’t even merit a mention or shot in the weekly credits. And when he does finally make the cut, that will probably be his death knell (c.f. Amber Benson/Tara on Buffy).
