Sorry I got carried away. What with the strict moderation and control over there I guess I went a bit overboard here. Either way though it is pretty much how I feel. I just wouldn’t have normally expressed it in that way. Sorry.
Prince George really has no idea that he’s living in a democracy. He thinks being president should be like being a CEO of an oil company (and he sucked at that just as badly as he sucks at being a fake POTUS). He thinks he’s just supposed to bark out orders and and everybody else is supposed to kiss his ass. He thinks the press is there to spread his own personal propaganda and never question or criticize. He thinks the members of congress are corporate underlings. Look at this:
What an imperious, clueless little prick.
This next quote shows his contempt for the American people:
Fuck you, asshole. We’re paying for your fucking war. A lot of us know people who are in jeapordy right now because of your fucking war. Americans have already died for your fucking war, and we have every fucking right to ask when you’re going to end it.
The “called by God” shit is spooky and serves as further proof that he is indeed the fucking idiot that he is rumored to be, and this is even more scary:
Messiah complex, anyone? Lighten up, Shrub, you’re not that fucking important. In less than two years you’ll be building a library and watching cartoons all day.
1.) As has been pointed out by others, many of us don’t give a FUCK how hard it is for your pwecious widdle pwesident. Fuck him. I hope it eats him alive. I hope he starts drinking again. I hope he gets a hankering for pretzels. His wounds are all self-inflicted. I don’t feel sorry for him, and I revel in any suffering that those mean reporters and columnists are causing him.
2.) What’s with the idiotic, homphobic shit? Did somebody claim that Bush was a mouthpiece for Queer Nation or something? I’d have a lot more respect for him if he was. What some of us claim is that he is a mouthpiece for Bush family corporate cronies, but that’s a different issue.
Shrub never got himself elected, so why should we?
Christ I’m sick of this pathetic little meme. I’m sure the Marines in Iraq are going to be completely demoralized when the hear that Diogenes the Cynic called GWB a “prick” on a message board
What has a more negative effect on the troops, opposing a war or fucking sending them to war?
Really feel free, I’m not as formally educated as most of you nor am I as well read. I simply don’t have the time. That does not however mean that I am a knuckle dragging halfwit either. I am more than willing to be educated and more than willing to admit if I am wrong. Now I really must be off to work.
Being a president isn’t as far from running a company as you think.
**
Somehow I don’t get the impression that he’s the man at the top you seem to think he is.
**
Don’t forget Congress threw away their chance a year earlier when they gave him the nod for a war. I’m sure you’ll hold them responsible next elections, hhmmm?
**
Well what the fuck is he supposed to say? He’s probably frustrated with that same lame ass question, which has been asked about 50,000 times a day.
**
This is total fucking hearsay, get a grip.
**
Yes, and the next corrupt asshole will be returning favors, and fucking this country up in similar or different ways.
**
So should I say I will be laughing and toasting when your mother is dying of cancer? Of course I wouldn’t wish that, because I’m fucking civilized.
**
Get over that, that was years ago, and stamping your foot ain’t gonna change shit. Go fucking volunteer in Florida so it doesn’t happen again, perhaps you would make more then virtual difference.
**
Opposing them once they’ve been sent to a war!
I’m not fond of Bush one fucking bit, but you need to chill the fuck out.
That said, and after reading the entire article, I don’t take Evan’s comment to mean the Bush thinks he’s some demigod or anything put here to save the galaxy. I’m sure certain lefties will disagree.
If opposing troops once they’ve been sent to war has such a negative effect, World Eater, perhaps in the future Bush could take public opinion into consideration before sending our troops to war. It’s not as if he didn’t know lots of people were against this.
I can do my job just fine whether I feel I have the support of every person in America; why is it so difficult for the military to do the same?
Oh wait, it’s not. Could we maybe stop it with the “support our troops” canard?
That said, I think that believing one is “called by God” to run military action(s) is a sign of some sort of megalomania, as is also evidenced by Bush’s unwillingness to listen to those opposed to him and his inner circle (both foreign and domestic) where this war and its execution are concerned.
Well I’ve been glazing over posts way too much today, and you are right Bick, I read that wrong.
**
Are you serious?
Oh wait, it’s not. Could we maybe stop it with the “support our troops” canard? **
[/QUOTE]
I guess technically you don’t have to, but I would say it’s in poor taste. Why the hell wouldn’t you support the troops? Seriously, what reasons do you have against supporting our soldiers?
