Bush Family Values

Jeez, Dio, you’re really starting to worry me. Lately, you’ve been more and more “over the top”. These are stressful times, and sure to get worse the closer we get to The Day.

Have a nice cup chamomile tea. Put your feet up. Read some Mark Twain. Watch a baby sleep.

We need you, amigo.

Your pal,
E.

There are numerous stories about “naked” parties and so forth. Really I was just being facetious with “slut” part. They are at least sexually active which contradicts Bush’s Christian views on absitnence before marriage.

Object all you want. This one I’m dead serious about. Even you admitted in the Thanksgiving thread that Bush lied about his justification for invading Iraq. That means the invasion was illegal and that means Bush is a war criminal. QED.

Just for the hell of it here is the cite.

Ok, I’ll take back the “slut” part.

Yes, actually, I think W calling a press conference to publicly condemn his brother’s actions would be a more appropriate appropriate response to the divorce than his taking time out of a state visit to England to condemn the MA Supreme Judicial Court ruling on same-sex marriage. If he is really so concerned about protecting marriage, then as bitter a pill it may be to swallow, he should vocally condemn actions which led to the end of an actual marriage at least as vociferously as he did a ruling which will not end a single mixed-sex marriage.

Then there’s that desertion from the Texas Air National Guard thing…

MMMMMM drunken sluts

Being involved in an automobile accident does not make one a killer.

And what about the untimely demise of Vince Foster? I’m sure Hillary had a hand i that.

She ran a stop sign and killed a guy. That makes her a killer.

Vince Foster was a suicide. Hillary had nothing to do with it. The situations are not even close to analogous.

Fuck you , it was an accident. Rather unlinke Sen. Kennedy’s drunk driving drowning of Ms. Kopechne.

Got a cite for this?

Robin

Fuck you. She ran a stop sign at a high rate of speed. it was negligent at best, negligent homicide at worst. Tu quoques don’t excuse anything.

actually, depending on the circumstances and jurisdictions, that’s not true in the legal sense.

IOW - in some jurisdictions being ‘at fault’ in an accident can, indeed net you a criminal sentence.

A cite for what? It’s a matter of public record that the esteemed Senior Senator from Massachusetts took a drive with the young female campaign worker, and she wound up dead.

Apologies if I’m wrong, but I think what milroyj is saying (judging by his initial statements) is that he considers killing someone with a car while drunk murder. Ergo, Ted Kennedy is a murderer.

An arguable, but not uncommon, opinion…

I disagree, not in a legal sense, but in a practical one. “Killer” usually refers to malice aforethought, of which there is absolutely no evidence of. Unless you think that eating meat, or stepping on bugs, or well, abortion, is “killing”.

Precisely, but somehow he gets a pass for that.

I absolutely disagree w/your assesment. “Murder” includes an assumption about motive, “killer” does not.

She killed the man, plan and simple. She may not have intended the action, but she is correctly described as a ‘killer’

Nope, “murderer” implies malice aforethought. “Killer” just means one who has killed. Mrs. Bush once killed a guy through her own negligent driving. maybe she meant to, maybe she didn’t. I don’t know. I just know she killed a guy.

Ok then, all the doctors who have performed abortions since 1973 are killers. Do you agree?

no, because I do not accept a fetus as a person. but thanks for playing.

Nope. Abortion doesn’t kill anybody.
