Are we to understand that Tillerson just up and decided to negotiate with North Korea on his own and Trump had no idea this was going on until he happened to see it on Fake News, or whatever?
That seems to be the case. Either that, or Smeagol-Trump approved the negotiations, and Gollum-Trump is acting like it never happened.
It does seem that leaders pulling back from negotiations is one of the fist steps towards open hostilities of the kinetic variety.
Maybe it’s just Trump trying to play good cop-bad cop (and failing, obviously).
